CEO of Equis (Transformation Catalyst & Accelerator)

I act as Transformation Catalyst & Accelerator (as interim manager & consultant): I accelerate the transformation of various organisations (since Jan. 2017).

During the second half of 2016, I also acted as interim CEO for EURACTIV successful NWOW for multi-cultural team; rebranding; new products; financial turn around; strong increase in sales & profit (July - Dec. 2016).

Besides my activities for Equis, I remain, as a volunteer, Director of Philosophy & Management, academic director for the Executive Master of Management & Philosophies at Solvay Brussels School, in partnership with LSM and HEC Liège, board member of Lead-In (www.lead-in.eu) and President of Face2Faith.

Since 2012, I also support, through Equis and besides my other management tasks, organizations which are committed to implement a more participatory or collaborative governance (as described in Carney & Getz's "Freedom Inc", Laloux's "Reinventing Organizations",...).
